Return policy: 

First Pair of Wearever Underwear Guarantee 

We’re confident that Wearever is a better alternative to disposables for those with mild to moderate urinary incontinence! They’re more cost-effective, better for the environment and will have you feeling more confident too because they look, sound and feel like real underwear… because they are!

Our Wearever experts will work with you to identify the right fit, style and absorbency. Go ahead and try a pair! We will gladly refund or exchange your first opened pair per household. Please call 1-800-356-3365 x640 or email CustomerService@WeareverCanada.ca and we will work to help you find the right solution.

In addition to the First Pair Guarantee, we will gladly return or exchange any sealed pairs of Wearever underwear within 30 days of the date of delivery. First Pair Guarantee and sealed pair returns/exchanges do not apply to any ‘final sale’ or special order items. Contact 1-800-356-3365 x640 or email CustomerService@WeareverCanada.ca and we will help you process the return.

We will pay for return shipping costs due to defects or errors on our part.

Due to the sterile nature and medical use of the majority of our products other than Wearever underwear under the First Pair Guarantee, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or incomplete please contact us immediately at customerservice@marchesehealthcare.ca

Flat rate shipping policy:

  • Flat rate shipping is available for regular size/weight products only.
  • Any surcharges incur due to package size, weight or delivery location will be notified to the client prior to the delivery.

FREE shipping policy:

  • Available for most medical supplies orders over $100 in Ontario and Quebec and $150 for the rest of Canada.
  • Naloxone items will have a minimum quantity in order to qualify for free shipping, and is not based on price. See individual product pages for more details.
  • Oversize items, heavy orders, and deliveries to rural areas are excluded from this offer.
  • Most orders are 1-6 business days for processing and shipping. 
  • You will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number, which can be entered on the shipping company’s website to track your order.
  • Apartment and rental unit deliveries: Please be advised, due to security purposes, only ONE attempt will be made for delivery.
  • If a delivery is not received in person, unless otherwise instructed, it will be available for pick up at the nearest Canada Post office. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pick up the order. If you do not pick up the order after attempts to contact you have been made and the order is sent back to us, it is not our responsibility to refund the item or shipping charge.
