What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Amex, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit and PayPal.
Do you store my credit card number in your records?
We do not store any of your credit card information in our records.
Do you bill directly to insurance companies or government health plans?
We can direct bill NIHB, Medavie, Blue Cross, IFHP, ODSP, and ADP. If your insurer requires you to submit claims manually, we can provide you with the necessary documentation.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Do you sell medications?

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number, which can be entered on the shipping company’s website to track your order.
Can I place repeat orders?
Yes, you can save a set of products for repeat purchase.
What is your return policy?
Due to the extremely intimate nature of the use of medical supplies products, they are not eligible for a return or refund. All products are carefully screened to identify manufacturing defects when we recieve them from our suppliers. If you feel the product you have received contains a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at customerservice@marchesehealthcare.ca. Do not return the product until we have spoken.
