WHO IS MARCHESE HEALTH CARE?

Marchese Health Care is a health care service provider with a team of qualified members who specialized in Pharmacy Services, Intervenes Admixture preparation and general medical supplies. In addition to our dispensing pharmacy, we serve many clients who receive care in their homes with wide range of medical supplies and specialized medication programs. Marchese’s over 50 years of healthcare service experience and our knowledgeable staff will ensure to deliver client focused service and stand out among other vendors.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Do you store my credit card number in your records?

We do not store any of your credit card information in our records. 

Do you bill directly to insurance companies or government health plans?

We do not bill directly however we provide the appropriate receipts and documentation of purchases required for submission to government and insurance plans.

Do you have a retail outlet?

Yes, we have a retail location in Hamilton, Ontario at 340 James St. N. Please visit us to see a wide range of Medical supplies products. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change your order; contact us at 1-800-356-3365 ext 3 or email sales@marchesehealthcare.ca within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Do you sell prescription drugs?

No, at present our online store only offers medical supplies products.   Please speak to our friendly Pharmacist team about your prescription drug requirements. They can be reached at; (905) 528-4214 -- Option 1

Where do you ship?

We offer shipping across Canada.

What is your delivery policy?

We offer flat rate shipping for our regular size/weight products.  Some oversized items or heavier orders may be subject to a higher shipping charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing at customerservice@marchesehealthcare.ca.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number, which can be entered on the shipping company’s website to track your order.

Can I place repeat orders?

Yes, you can save a set of products for repeat purchase.

What is your return policy?

Due to the sterile nature and medical use of the majority of our products we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or incomplete please contact us immediately at customerservice@marchesehealthcare.ca.

How do I view the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped you will also receive an email with a tracking number.
