Return Policy
Due to the nature of the majority of the products on the site, we do not offer returns. Please let us know right away if there is an error with your order by calling 1-800-356-3365 ext 640 or email customerservice@marchesehealthcare.ca .
Shipping Policies
Flat Rate
- Flat rate shipping is available for regular size/weight products only.
- Any surcharges incurred due to package size, weight, or delivery location will be notified to the client prior to the delivery.
Free Shipping
- Naloxone items will have a minimum quantity in order to qualify for free shippinh, and is not based on price. See individual product pages for more details.
- Oversized items, heavy orders, and deliveries to rural areas are excluded from this offer.
- Most orders are 1-6 business days for processing and shipping.
- You will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number, which can be entered on the shipping company's website to track your order.
- Apartment and rental unit deliveries: Please be advised, due to security purposes, only ONE attempt will be made for delivery.
- If a delivery is not received in person, unles otherwise instructed, it will be available for pick up at the nearest Canada Post office. It is the purchaser's responsibilities to pick up the order. If you do not pick up the order after attempts to contact you have been made and the order sent back to us, it is not our responsibility to refund the item or shipping charge.

Can you bill my insurance?
We can direct bill NIHB, Medavie, Blue Cross, IFHP, ODSP, ADP. If your insurer requires you to submit claims manually, we can provide you with the necessary documentation.
